How to get started

Paying Online

  1. Contact us via chat, phone or email (Support at TrainingSpot.com ... please remove spaces and "at")
  2. We will send you an invoice via email that can be paid online using a credit card, PayPal account or eCheck. In this scenario, our payment processor is PayPal -- we never see your payment details.
  3. Once we receive confirmation of payment from our payment processor, We will manually set up each account for your party.

Paying via Purchase Order

We accept Purchase Orders from any entity for any sized order. However, due to the electronic non-rights managed nature of our content, we deliver access to the content ONLY after payment has been received. Please send purchase orders to us in one of the ways described below.

Tax Exemption

If you are located in Texas USA, we charge sales tax at the rate of 8.25%. However, if your entity is either 1) a "direct payer" of sales tax to the state or 2) a tax exampt entity you must provide us with a tax certificate certifying to your status. We accept any legal document or form that complies with the state requirements for certification of your status. Feel free to send your Purchase Order at the same time you send your tax certification. Send all tax certifications and purchase orders to us in one of the ways described below.
