Video Description
One of the features that SharePoint has is the ability to import profiles from Active Directory. This video covers how to configure the import settings and how to utilize the settings within the site collections. This is a tremendous feature of SharePoint but needs to be scheduled to update at regular intervals in order to keep the information in SharePoint synchronized with Active Directory. MySites are the capability of allowing each user in the company to create their own SharePoint site that where they have full ownership permissions.
