To install SharePoint properly there are a number of Service Accounts that must be created and configured in Active Directory and configured in SQL Server. In this video Sharee explains the various accounts and reviews the minimum settings for a proper installation. This is one of the areas that will cause the most issues after installation. Without the proper accounts and permissions you will end up with many different issues after installation.
