Q: What do I get when I purchase a subscription?
A: A subscription entitles you to log into the private member's area of TrainingSpot.com where you will find the secured download links for all the video tutorial files. You choose your own login credentials (username and password) when subscribing. Use these to access the site for the duration of your subscription.
Q: If I subscribe, is my credit card charged once? OR is this a recurring monthly/quarterly/yearly bill?
A: You will only be charged once. We do not automatically charge your card/PayPal account subsequent times. If you want to renew your subsciption you must be pro-active and re-subscribe manually. Personally, we're annoyed by websites and other services where you forget and wind up paying hundreds of dollars for something you never use.
Q: Lifetime subscription? Is this a joke?
A: Nope, its for real and is probably the best value you will find in training. Our parent company (LearnVisualStudio.NET) has been offering this for years and we plan on creating new content for years to come.
Q: Do you offer discounts for multiple licenses?
A: Yes, we offer an additional 10% for 5+ users and up to a 40% discount for 50+ users. Click here to see the Group Rates and Payment Procedures.
Q: Besides a Credit Card and PayPal, what other methods of payment do you accept?
A: We can try an alternate payment processor (2Co.com). Please contact us to get this process started.
